Philippe Conticini is a chef and pastry chef. He is regarded by his peers and the media as one of the leading figures in contemporary French and international gastronomy. Having worked in France, the United States and Japan, he is behind a number of innovations that have transformed the international culinary scene. After winning several awards and working in Michelin-starred establishments, he co-founded and became head pastry chef of the Pâtisserie des Rêves. In 2018, he decided to embark on a new adventure by creating Maison Philippe Conticini Paris. This was followed by the creation of four boutiques in Paris, a pastry workshop, two boutiques in Japan and two others in the UK.


The Chef now turns his masterful gaze to chocolate. Sharing is a key value for the Chef. Great classics, milk and dark chocolate, are combined with the finest Italian roasted hazelnuts and Pistachios, vanilla, cranberries and even joyous rice crispies!


Philippe Conticini's chocolate creations are frank, generous and full of emotion. He has already created some of the great classics of modern patisserie: his masterful Paris-Brest almond/hazelnut, the Gran cru Vanille, his revisited Tarte Saint-Honoré and the Flan à la vanille. Now, he pours all that emotion and experience into these delicious short-run chocolate bars.
